15 Unbelievably Good Vegetarian/Vegan Recipes For Your Meals

Vegan and vegetarian diets are more and more prevalent in our society and with good reason! Above all, our bodies and environment will thank us for it. Although currently what best works for me is to still include some fish and meat in my diet, my end goal is to completely replace them by yummy fruits and vegetables. To be exact, I would estimate say that, at the moment, around 80% of my meals are completely plant based 🙂 In conclusion, I feel amazing by eating more vegetables and raw foods than I did a couple of years ago and I would love that you tried the same! So, for today’s post I’m bringing you some delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes for you to include in your daily life. I hope you enjoy 🙂

Our ratatouille recipe is a delicious oven-roasted dish with layers of other in-season favorites like summer squash, bell peppers and zucchini.
